Time Out says

Move your body, open your mind and find inner peace at this new boutique wellness hub

Those in Melbourne’s inner northwest know that the area has long been crying out for an all-encompassing health and wellness studio. And finally, the time has come.

Insight Body and Mind in Aberfeldie is a beautiful new multidisciplinary wellness hub that combines mindful movement, psychology services and natural medicine – essentially, it’s a one-stop shop for all your health-related needs.

Founded by clinical psychologist and pilates instructor, Dr Elizabeth Terziovski, it provides a personalised and holistic approach to wellness, with an aim to nurture the mind-body connection. There is a range of classes to take part in – including yoga flow, hot pilates, reformer pilates and barre – with skilled practitioners on hand to tailor your experience and ensure your health goals are achieved.

For your mental well-being, there is a team of highly specialised psychologists with diverse interests that can offer assessment and treatment plans to children, adolescents, adults and couples. There are also nutrition and naturopathy services available, as well as meditation classes if you’re wanting to enhance your mindful practices.

Most importantly, the space itself is a calm, soothing sanctuary. Thoughtfully designed by award-winning studio Biasol, the fit-out incorporates natural hues, stone and light to create a stunning setting where your mind and body can both find nourishment.

Insight Body and Mind is now open. For more information, head to the website
