This season the Winter Night Market – which opened on the first Wednesday of June – sees a new collaboration with creative agency John Fish to devise an interactive lighting concept that permeates the precinct. The extensive installations include large glowing neon lights, billowing walls of red, hazy smoke and striking light beams. Check out the video below for a taste of the illuminated action:

Alongside the interactive light installations, you'll also find a bunch of brand new food stalls including Movida’s Paco’s Tacos, Pickett’s Deli by Scott Pickett, That’s Amore Cheese and lamb on the spit from Black Sheep. They'll join a stack of other pop-up bars, street food stalls, open-fire pits and more for the action every Wednesday.
