Time Out says

Chop it like its hot at this new cooking expo at the Convention Centre

Calling all passionate home cooks, part-time masterchefs or those wanting to learn (we all have to start somewhere, right?) One of Australia’s most beloved chefs, Poh Ling Yeow is headlining a brand-new cooking expo For the Love of Cooking this November 29-December 1.

The event is specifically designed for those who love to cook (there’ll be eating too, of course) offering culinary inspiration through hands-on masterclasses, workshops and live demonstrations. Plus, there is no doubt Poh will also let you in on some of her favourite creations.

Stallholders will introduce you to some of the world’s new and exotic flavours with live demonstrations from leading national and international chefs on the main stage. The Cutting Edge area, as the name suggests, is all about learning new knife skills and the Connected Kitchen area showcases how we can use smart tools to aid in our cooking.

Find your cooking style, with practical hints and tips to inspirational dishes and new ways to work in the kitchen.

This show runs alongside the Cake Bake and Sweets Show so you can purchase tickets for both shows at the same time.
