We know that in theory, tuna melts can sound pretty unappetising. But take our word for it: the combo of crunchy bread, melty cheese and saucy tuna is downright delicious. And for one weekend only, you can get an expertly made one from King and Godfree made.

From Friday, February 25 to Sunday, February 27, the K&G team has partnered up with Sirena Tuna to deliver a super saucy tuna melt toastie. Think tuna, capers, cornichons, celery, Tabasco, melted pyengana cheddar and rocket between two thick slices of sourdough bread.

The toasties will be available from 11am each day for $14 a pop, and you'll get a free can of tuna with marinated vegetables for every purchase.

Can you handle the heat? Get ready for the hottest weekend of the year at the Herb and Chilli Festival.
