Time Out says

Travel the world by dumpling at this delicious event

Not to exaggerate, but dumplings are the purest food and we as a society are better for having them. They’re so delicious and wholesome you can find them being noshed on in various forms across the world. And you can taste all of them at the Melbourne International Dumpling Festival.

This November, Queen Victoria Market is hosting the one-day Melbourne International Dumpling Festival. The event aims to showcase dumplings in all their glorious global forms. Whether you’re a fan of xiao long bao, pierogies, gyoza, momos, matzah balls, ravioli or one of the other countless dumpling variations, you’re going to have a delicious time at this event.

The festival is being run by the same team behind the annual Momo Fest so you can be sure they know a thing or two about dumplings.

It all goes down on Monday, November 4 in J Shed. Festivities will kick off at noon and run until 10pm. That's ten whole hours of dumpling eating! Be sure to register your attendance here before rocking up.
