A celebration of cheese is coming to the Meat Market
Back for its third year, Mould: A Cheese Festival is exactly what it says on the tin: a one-day celebration of handmade Australian cheeses.
The festival, which will be set up as an indoor farmers' market, looks set to attract the best cheesemakers nationwide, with the full line-up being released closer to the date. There will be more than 50 different cheeses to try from over 12 producers with zero tokens (that means it's unlimited tastings for punters).
As well as gorging on cheese and taking part in masterclasses, you can also pair your cheese haul with wines, whisky, beer and cider.
To cater for all the cheese lovers, there will be three sessions over two days: Friday 4pm 'til 8pm as well as Saturday 11am 'til 3pm and 4pm 'til 8pm. Early bird tickets are $40 and if history serves us right, these will sell out very quickly.
