A celebration of cheese is coming to the Meat Market

Bottle Shop Concepts, better know as the team behind Game of Rhones and Pinot Palooza, have come up with yet another festival that will hit you straight in the taste buds. Mould: A Cheese Festival, is exactly what it says on the tin and will be a one-day celebration of handmade Australian cheeses.

The festival, which will be set up as an indoor farmers' market, looks set to attract the best cheesemakers nationwide. Expect Bruny Island Cheese, Yarra Valley Dairy, Woodside Cheese Wrights, Pyengana, Holy Goat and more. If you're hungry for more, Prahran Market favourite Maker and Monger will be making their famous cheesy toasties, while cheesemonger Harper and Blohm will be in charge of the raclette. Look out for Tivoli Road Bakery on bread duty, and Pidapipo who will be scooping cheese-flavoured gelati.

Pair your cheese haul with wines by Patrick Sullivan and Pennyweight, Starward whisky, and beer and cider.
