Time Out says

The Night Noodle Markets are returning to Birrarung Marr this year with a stand-out lineup of Asian market stalls, covering street food favourites from Japan, the Philippines, Korea and more.

After a two-year hiatus, we're relieved to see that this year's line-up includes past favourites like Filipino barbecue from Hoy Pinoy, fresh steamed buns from Wonderbao and the original Korean potato twists from Twistto. Mr Miyagi will be serving up a bespoke menu including a miso mushroom bao burger and a pork katsu bao burger.

Flying Noodles will be taking your noods to new heights and Noodle Pimp are offering wonton nachos. And MasterChef favourite Brendan Pang is set to show up with his WA-famous Bumplings. Save room for dessert with Gelato Messina sure to bring a weird and wonderful creation to the markets, including a take on french toast.

And you can wash it all down with a Margarita, which for the first time will be served from the Cointreau Margarita Kombi, a pop-up bar on wheels in a converted retro VW van, which will also be slinging Spicy Margaritas: the perfect drink on a warm summer evening.

And your four-legged friends have not been forgotten, with Scratch Dog Food serving up beef jerky, salmon, and lamb crunch treats.

The Night Noodle Markets will run nightly from November 10 to 27 at Birrarung Marr.
