Time Out says

If you've ever been to Riverland Bar, you may have noticed the series of vaults lining the side of the venue. They were originally constructed in 1890 and it's rumoured that they were once home to a shady underbelly of the city and often served as the location for secret underground parties in the '90s.

For those keen to explore a little bit of that seedy history for themselves, Riverland Bar and Saintly Hard Seltzer have transformed the vaults into a series of immersive experiences.  Think glowing trees adorned with seltzer cans and fruit, colour-changing lights and visual projections and mirrored DJ booths.

You'll get that club atmosphere without the large crowds and stickiness of a real club, and you'll actually be able to hear the conversations that you're having with your friends. The best part? It's completely free to attend and doesn't require a booking.

The Sacred Vaults event will be available to explore every Friday, Saturday and Sunday until the end of February.
