Time Out says
Friendly warning! We're working hard to be accurate. But these are unusual times, so please check that venues remain open.
This venue is precisely what it claims to be: your place. From March 16, 2020, Melbourne started incrementally closing its theatres, galleries, live music venues, pubs, restaurants and other venues to help slow the spread of Covid-19.
However, a number of enterprising businesses and organisations have embraced the online realm, creating events that you can engage with from the comfort of (you guessed it) your place. If you see a Time Out event that's located at your place, it means you can take part in it at home via the internet.
Find out more things you can do while physically distanced in our 'Time In' feature, plus stay updated on what Melbourne venues and events have been closed or cancelled.

The worst part of a horror movie is the anticipation, of what you can't see, of what's lurking around the corner or hiding in the closet. Innovative radio play creators Darkfield Radio have taken it one step further, with no visuals at all and only a...Until Saturday November 28 2020

KOFFIA Korean Film Festival in Australia
If anyone in 2020 still doubted that Korean movies are a force to be reckoned with then the events of February 9, when Parasite was named Best Picture at the 92nd Academy Awards, would have ended the discussion. Bingo Academy at Tokyo Tina
Tokyo Tina entered Melbourne's overstuffed brunch scene back in 2018 with something a little different. TT's 'bingo academy' was essentially a boozy, Japanese-style brunch with some bingo thrown in. Now, since restaurants are closed, the southside venue...Food and drink Saturday October 31 2020

Halloween at Legoland Discovery Centre
Fact: stepping barefoot on a piece of Lego is just as painful as many of the acts pictured in slasher films. Having said that, Melbourne's Legoland Discovery Centre will be throwing a wholesome Halloween event this year. The venue's master model builder...Saturday October 31 2020
