You've probably heard of adult summer camp—but have you heard of adult summer camp specifically for moms? Meet (the aptly named) Camp Mom, where hardworking mammas partake in traditional camp activities like arts & crafts, trapeze and zip lining as well as fun, informative workshops on parenting, communicating with children and stress management. There will also be a dance workshop to keep campers energized, plus two tasty meals and snacks to help fuel mommas throughout the day.
Don't think the opportunity is just for new parents, either. It's also for moms who simply want to give themselves the tools to be the best parents they can be. Attendees will learn helpful techniques to use at home and will leave feeling totally recharged. Did we mention that everyone gets a swag bag full of goodies?
