If you haven't taken a dip underwater to explore Unseen Oceans, now's the time to dive in.

The American Museum of Natural History's highly popular exhibit—which features an immersive 3D theater, a life-size Triton submarine and "Meet the Scientists" stations—aims to uncover uncharted waters, literally. Even better? The venue wants to give you a free pass to the exhibit in the process.

If you'd like to win a four-pack of tickets to "Unseen Oceans" (which also includes museum admission), all you need to do is stay savvy on social media (an easy feat for adventurous New Yorkers). If you have a selfie idea at the ready, there's a few things you need to know.

Head to the Museum's epic glow-in-the-dark mural in honor of the exhibit (located at the northwest corner of 56th St and Lexington Ave) and snap a photo with the hashtag #UnseenOceans, then post to Instagram or Twitter by Aug 19. You'll be swimming in a pool of contestants who are also vying for the grand prize of a four-pack of tickets.

If you're determined to let summer 2018 go out with a bang, you need one final day in the ocean, but in a way you've never seen it before thanks to the exhibit.

“Today, a new generation of marine scientists with a pioneering spirit of ingenuity and adventure and an explosion of technological and imaging advances, are creating a golden age of ocean exploration, yielding astonishing discoveries at dark and mysterious depths," the museum’s president Ellen V. Futter said in a statement.

Ready to take the plunge? Best of luck! Winners will be announced the week of Aug 20 directly via social media. Note that winners must redeem their offers before the exhibit closes on Jan 6, 2019.
