Sing with Ariel at The Little Mermaid Musical Party

It’s been a wild week under the sea. Things got a bit dicey when Ursula lost her head during a Disney ride gone wrong, and now adult New Yorkers are opting out of Super Bowl Sunday for a singalong with Ariel.

The Bell House in Brooklyn is offering **fans 21+** of the classic cartoon an opportunity to watch the movie and fully immerse themselves in the underwater, voice-stealing, combing-hair-with-a-fork adventure. The space’s Movie Musical Party allows guests to interact and sing along with the film’s catchiest tunes. Lyrics will be available, but that’s only for those who aren’t superfans. Be sure to dress up in your favorite oceanic outfit and prove during the trivia game that you’re the ultimate Ariel fan (fins crossed that you win some cool prizes).

As much fun as it is watching this movie with your little tyke, sometimes you need to up the ante and get a sitter. Doors open for the event at 6:30 pm and the event will begin at 7 pm. Get your tickets in advance for $12 or buy them at the door for $15. The Bell House also makes note that this event is mixed seating and standing, so it’s best to arrive early if you’re looking for a good spot.

If you love a trip under the sea, don’t forget to check out Time Out Kids Day at National Geographic Ocean Odyssey (for both children and adults). Don’t be the poor unfortunate soul who misses these events.
