Heads up! We’re working hard to be accurate – but these are unusual times, so please always check before heading out.

Why they’re single:
Effie: She gives a lot of her time to the wrong guys.
Alex: He hasn’t found the right person yet.
Michael: Drinks at a quiet bar and then a walk around the city
Alex: Drinks at a low-key bar and then grabbing a slice of pizza
Effie: “I thought he was handsome and well dressed. He was very calm when I got there, which put me at ease. I was extremely nervous, so it was nice that he wasn’t, as much.”
Alex: “I was really nervous. I’ve never been on a blind date before. She had a great smile, and she seemed really bubbly and cute. She was easy to talk to right off the bat.”
Effie: “I didn’t feel romantic chemistry, but it was very easy, in the way that two friends might communicate. We talked about our families and jobs. He just moved to the city.”
Alex: “I found her attractive, so that felt like a good sign. But it felt more friendly than anything else. We talked about your standard surface-level things and didn’t get too deep.”
Effie: “When I first got there, I couldn’t find the restaurant’s entrance, so I was waiting out front. I went up to this random guy and was like, ‘Are you Alex?’ He wasn’t.”
Alex: “I don’t think she noticed, but when she first came over she kind of startled me. I jumped up and tripped over a chair a little. She kind of snuck up behind me.”
Effie: “He asked me to go grab another drink, but I was honestly too tired. He asked for my number, and we texted. But I’m not sure if we’ll see each other again.”
Alex: “I got her number. I’m usually open to a second date when I’m not so sure about the first one. I texted her, and she said she’d be into it, but nothing really went forward.”
Effie: ♥♥♥ “He was really nice, just not for me. And honestly, I don’t really think I’m for him either. That’s just what my gut feeling says, but maybe I’ve seen too many rom-coms.”
Austin: ♥♥♥ “I’d give it three hearts, just because it felt more friendly. If a second date happens, that would be cool, but if it doesn’t, I had a good time. I’ve definitely had worse.”
