Time Out says

Leave your ski gear at home and embrace a new kind of après-ski experience with these warming dining and drinking specials

Experience the magic of winter without even hitting the slopes this season, as 25 Martin Place transforms into a wild après ski-themed wonderland. The spirit of winter will spread throughout the city from August 3-26, rising from the snow-dusted plaza floor to the buzzing tenth-level rooftop bar.

Après at 25 Martin Place draws inspiration from the French noun 'après-ski,' infusing the city's core with the tradition of socialising and entertainment that follows a thrilling day on the slopes. Whether you’re a skiing pro or just looking to unwind after a long workday, everyone is invited to revel in style with pop-up bars, winter warmers and surprise snow shows.

The après activities kick off at the opulent Chalet Bar by Cabana on August 3 with a medley of alpine-themed food and premium beverages featuring Grey Goose vodka and Whispering Angel rosé. Warm up by the open-air fire-pits or cosy up in a private, plush igloo with bottomless drinks and an impressive four-course alpine food experience.

You can also take in the après atmosphere from the rooftop at Botswana Butchery’s Winter Birthday Blast. As part of the celebrations, the expansive eatery is transforming into a winter wonderland with a European-inspired menu and drinks specials from August 10 to September 7.

If you need more reason to embrace the cold, there are winter warmers to enjoy across all of 25 Martin Place’s world-class restaurants including Aalia, Kazan, L’uva, and White and Wong’s. Plus, if you spend $20 or more at any 25 Martin Place retailer or venue, you’ll go in the draw to win a $5,000 Flight Centre gift card to splurge on your dream winter escape.

Immerse yourself in the cosy ambience of Après at 25 Martin Place by booking your next winter outing here.
