With the entire state being in drought local chefs are joining forces for this very special one-night-only fundraising dinner. The roster of talent includes Clayton Wells of A1 Canteen (which just took out the Best New Restaurant Award at the Time Out Food Awards), Monty Koludrovic of Icebergs Dining Room and Bar and the Dolphin, Matt Stone and Jo Barrett from Oakridge Wines, Mat Lindsay from five star venues Ester and Poly, Duncan Welgemoed of Adelaide's Africola, Shannon Martinez from Melbourne's Smith and Daughters, James Viles of Biota Dining and dessert king Andy Bowdy.
They'll prepare a four-course dinner, which will serve as a snapshot of their respective venues, meaning you'll get to taste a bunch of the country's best restaurants in one sitting. To complement the great plates of food, wine, beer and cocktails will be taken care of by Tim Phillips of Bulletin Place and Deadringer. It all goes down at Rosebery's Three Blue Ducks and all money raised on the evening will be donated to Rural Aid.
