Champagne meets magic at the Grand Hyatt
Every Thursday night from May 16 until June 6 2019, Grand Hyatt’s Champagne Bar is putting on a pop-up performance that is probably unlike any you’ve ever experienced. Unless you’ve spent a lot of time in Las Vegas or Macau, that is. Visit the bar to witness French illusionist Stefan Leyshon performing magic tricks on a 360-degree stage while you enjoy champagne and elevated snacks, like foie gras ice cream with black truffle and artichoke salad, and oysters with champagne jelly and watercress crème.
