Time Out says

The Old Man is turning four, and they're inviting everyone for a night of celebration.

The Old Man Hong Kong became an essential part of Asia's cocktail scene since it opened in 2017 when former founders Agung Prabowo and Roman Ghale first introduced it to the industry. One year after its opening, the bar joined the top 10 of The World's 50 Best Bars in 2018 and even took the top spot in Asia's 50 Best Bars in 2019. Through the years, we've seen the bar launch a string of successful rising stars in today's Hong Kong cocktail scene. On July 21, for one night only, some of The Old Man's OG bartenders will be shaking and stirring behind the bar together with its director of operations, Nikita Matveev.

Catch Natalie Lau (Barcode's bar manager and London Essence Co's brand ambassador), Mandeep Ghale (The Aubrey's bartender), and Jake Jake Mendoza (Kyle & Bain's bartender) behind the stick from 7pm onwards. They will be showcasing cocktails from the bar's previous menus at the same time, introduce new drinks for its guests. Cocktails will include absinthe and sparkling wine-based Death in the Afternoon - a cocktail from the first menu - and plum-flavoured cocktail Cha Chaan Teng which is being introduced for the first time during the party. Be sure to come early as some of the cocktails will be served in limited portions.
