Hong Kong's first three food trucks have rolled out today! Carnivores should check out the American-style barbecue meat in steamed bread from Book Brothers at Golden Bauhinia Square in Wan Chai between 11:30am and 7:30pm. Those with a sweet tooth should head to Pineapple Canteen at Salisbury Garden in Tsim Sha Tsui to grab a pineapple bun filled with fresh cream starting at 12pm and dumpling enthusiasts can head to Wong Tai Sin Square for Ma Ma’s Dumpling which roll out at 11am.
