Because apparently we can't have nice things anymore, the Bruce Lee Club is closing its doors for good on September 4. Founded in 2000, the Nathan Road memorial site has fallen victim to – surprise, surprise – a rent increase, and will be holding an auction tomorrow (September 3) for fans to acquire rare memorabilia that has been held at the club's museum. Items that will go under the hammer tomorrow include books, comics, a rare porcelain figure of the man himself (one of only 65 in the world), and a limited edition, British-made Green Hornet toy car. Proceeds will go towards a new historical trail, which club chairman of Wong Yiu Keung has described as "phase two" of the Bruce Lee memorial project.

The Bruce Lee Club opens from 1pm, and the auction is open to all. Find it at Store 160, In's Point, 530 Nathan Road.
