Hip Soho bar Kinsman, well-known for its references to old Hong Kong and its pioneering use of Cantonese spirits, is giving away cocktails and bar snacks for two, worth $500. They’ve recently unveiled a new cocktail menu that is inspired by five iconic Chinatowns around the world, containing 10 fresh signature drinks that pay tribute to the adventurous Chinese diaspora who have travelled far and wide, then made their indelible mark on foreign countries.

We’re particularly interested in the Miss Joaquim, a twist on the classic Paloma with osmanthus rice wine, elderflower, Mui Kwe Lu rose wine, and rose tofu; as well as the Bloody Boat Maggi, a nod to Thai boat noodles with onion port wine, Green Chartreuse, Thai boat noodle broth reduction, and Maggi seasoning.
