30-year-old She Wong Yee snake soup restaurant to close its doors

One of our city's oldest snake soup restaurants, She Wong Yee, has announced that it will be closing down later this month due to a drastic downturn in business during these recent difficult times. The restaurant has stood in buzzy Causeway Bay for over three decades, and over the years has gained a reputation for its delicious signature snake soup and other dishes like barbecue meats and homemade sausages. The restaurant's last day of business will be April 23, after which, snake soup lovers will have to satiate their cravings at some of the other traditional restaurants across the city.
