Every Sunday throughout June, Aulis Hong Kong will be welcoming an exciting pop-up from its sister branch, Aulis London – the test kitchen for the original, Michelin-starred London branch of Roganic.

During these Sunday sessions, the kitchen will be serving up delectable dishes including a salmon muffin, with beetroot and orange-cured salmon on a homemade English muffin; a chicken waffle, consisting of a buttermilk waffle with fried chicken and bird sap butter; a pork head crumpet, and two dreamy desserts of cherry cake and pine doughnuts. For those looking to wash all this down with something tasty, the kitchen will be serving up bottles of chef Simon Rogan's own Lake District-brewed Anvil beer ($96), plus lemonade, coffee, and tea (all $55).

The reservation-only pop-up will start this Sunday, June 7, and will repeat on June 14, June 21 (Father's Day), and June 28, with diners able to choose from a three-dish ($280) or five-dish ($450) feast. To book your table for any of the days' seven two-hour time slots starting at 9am and ending at 11pm, e-mail reservations@aulis.com.hk or visit roganic.com.hk/events.
