Castellana in Causeway Bay is known for serving up top-notch Piedmont cuisine using the finest, authentic ingredients from the Italian region. This summer, the restaurant rolls out two new seasonal menus that celebrate this forward-thinking culinary part of the world further. The two new menus are the creation of Castellana's head chef Fabio Palombini, and chef Marco Sacco, who the restaurant was opened in collaboration with and who has a total of two Michelin stars under his belt back in Italy.

The two new menus are the Marco Sacco Journey Around the World, and the Castellana Tour of Italy. The Marco Sacco Journey Around the World allows diners to delight in dishes like the 65-degree egg in asparagus, homemade gnocchi with sea prawns and sea asparagus, monkfish, and guinea fowl supreme and sausages, to name just a few.

Castellana's Vitello tonnato

The Castellana Tour of Italy menu starts off with an Adriatic sardine sandwich and then treats diners to dishes including the Vitello tonnato – tuna wrapped in veal and adorned with capers and anchovy sauce, homemade tagliatelle with sea urchin, glazed pork ribs, and much more.

Both menus are available for diners to enjoy in four and seven-course options. Each combination comes with the option of wine pairings from Castellana’s vast and specially curated wine menu. The Marco Sacco Journey Around the World menu is priced at $1,080 per person for four courses ($1,580 with wine pairing) and $1,280 per person for seven courses ($1,980 with wine pairing). The Castella Tour of Italy menu is priced at $880 per person for four courses ($1,380 with wine pairing) and $1,080 for seven courses ($1,780 with wine pairing). For reservations, call 3188 5028.
