Calling all foodies – restaurant-booking app Eatigo is recruiting candidates for its Tasternship programme. Quite possibly the best job on earth, this freelance gig pays you to eat at some of the hottest restaurants in town. Even though we’ve been taught that there’s no such thing as a free meal, this Tasternship comes pretty close since all you have to do is document your dining experience and share it on Eatigo’s platform, which is viewed by more than 4 million users.

Aside from eating for free, successful applicants will also receive up to $1,000 for every review that they submit with original photos or video footage (up to 15 reviews). You'll get to choose from a wide pool of restaurants, from contemporary dim sum spot, Yum Cha, to popular steakhouse, Porterhouse. As the icing on the cake, you’ll also earn a $3,000 Eatigo voucher if you complete more than 10 reviews in a month. If you love food and love sharing what's on your plate with your legions of followers, this is the perfect job for you.

For more information about the Tasternship programme, click here or check out the video below and be sure to apply by September 30. Competition for this dream job is going to be fierce so we recommend getting creative with your application if you want to convince the recruiting team that you're the right stomach for the role. In the meantime, be sure to download the Eatigo app if you haven't already so you can take advantage of the great time-based restaurant discounts whenever you eat out.
