Hong Kong fans were seriously disappointed with Ed Sheeran’s cancellation of his last scheduled Hong Kong shows back in 2017 due to a bike accident that left him with a broken right arm. But we finally have another chance to catch the guitar-toting singer-songwriter live in action as it’s just been announced that he’s all set for two performances at the Fantasy Road Outdoor Venue at Hong Kong Disneyland – yeah, we’re absolutely serious – on April 17 and 18.

Apparently still doing the rounds across the globe for his 2017 chart-topping album ÷, we can expect the ginger-haired crooner to play all his many smash hits and old favourites like Thinking Out Loud, The Shape of You and Galway Girl. And with the performance taking place at an outdoor venue – bye bye, AsiaWorld-Expo – in front of the magical backdrop that is Hong Kong Disneyland, we can wipe away the memory of Sheeran’s previous cancellation and bask in the joy of his tunes.

Tickets go on sale next week on Thursday January 17 at 10am, though which ticketing website hasn’t been announced yet. Be sure to keep your eyes on Ed Sheeran’s official site for full deets then. Good luck, everyone!
