Spanish restaurant La Rambla introduces a new set menu for Central's summer-centric diners to enjoy throughout the hottest months. Afternoon tea is a huge deal in Hong Kong and head chef Ferran Tadeo addresses this with a selection of savoury and sweet tapas that can be enjoyed every Monday to Saturday from 3pm to 5pm, for $480 for two people.

The menu includes Spanish delights like avocado lobster, which is made with paper-thin avocado slices, lobster salad, salmon roe, and ponzu; truffle bikini grilled Iberico ham and cheese sandwich; ham croquettes stuffed with béchamel sauce; a selection of Spanish cheeses, and more. For dessert, choose from a churro sundae or Torrija toasted brioche with ice cream.

As for the drinks, there's tea on offer and coffee – which comes in the way of Elephant Grounds' OG Blend. For those after something a little stronger, choose from wine by the glass for $110, G&T for $110, or Krug Grande Cuvee Champagne ($390) – just don't drink too much, because combined with all the delicious food this may well and truly turn into a siesta experience.
