The Four Seasons’ Blue Bar continues its Blue Remix series – which has already seen successful pop-ups from the likes of Manhattan and The Dead Rabbit – by welcoming Barcelona cocktail bar mainstay Dry Martini to Blue Bar.

In town from April 26 to 28, punters will have the chance to sample any of six of the Martini mecca’s eccentric takes on the classic cocktail for $180 each (good job it’s popping up close to pay day), paired with some exquisite food with options like the apple spicy Martini paired with foie gras, apple and honey.

Although the drinks aren’t going to be cheap, Dry Martini has long been considered a global icon for its reverential treatment of its namesake. The Eixample bar has been ranked the third best gin bar in the world by Drinks International and has been a consistent staple of sophistication since opening in 1978. Our advice: start saving your cents and be sure not to miss it.
