Calling all dim sum lovers! Mandarin Oriental is launching a brand-new yum cha experience on August 8 while it's Cantonese restaurant Man Wah undergoes a six-month-long renovation. The pop-up, Yum Cha by Man Wah, will be set up at the hotel’s Small Connaught Room from 11am until 3pm every Saturday and Sunday and will provide an experience no less indulgent.

Feast on an array of classic but luxurious Cantonese dishes, including har gau with tiger prawn and bamboo shoot ($98), crab meat black truffle and vegetable dumpling ($98), barbecued Iberian pork loin with longan honey ($398), almond cream with egg white ($88), and more. Satisfy your dim sum cravings with these authentic Cantonese culinary delights prepared by executive Chinese chef Wing-Keung Wong and his talented team, and wash it down with a selection of signature tea blends.
