You keep me hangin’ on, we’re not movin’ on

If you were a teenager in the early 00s, chances are you will have heard The Click Five’s earworm tunes and remember their mod-inspired look complete with suits, ties, and moptop haircuts. Well, pop-rock millennials can rejoice, because the Bostonian music act has just announced they will be coming to Hong Kong on tour this August.
After years of success following their hit breakout single ‘Just the Girl’, The Click Five eventually disbanded in 2013, but the stars aligned for them to regroup more than a decade later – May 2025 saw them performing at the Playback Music Festival alongside other popular American pop-rock artists Boys Like Girls and Secondhand Serenade.
On ‘The Click Five for Lovers’ tour, only Kyle Patrick, Joe Guese, and Ethan Mentzer will be returning to the stage due to scheduling conflicts, but it’s still bound to be a nostalgic blast. We can most likely expect throwback bangers like ‘Just the Girl’, fan-favourite ‘Jenny’, ‘Pop Princess’, ‘Catch Your Wave’, and more to be performed live.
The Click Five will take the stage at Tides on August 21. Tickets start from $799, and a VIP package will also be available, which grants access to a group photo with the band, pre-show soundcheck, a VIP tour laminate autographed by The Click Five, early entry into the venue, and an exclusive merch lane.
The artist pre-sale starts on June 2 at 12 noon, followed by the Mastercard pre-sale on June 3, the Live Nation members pre-sale on June 4, and finally tickets for the general public on June 5.
