Staunton Street is looking a little more colourful this week as The Floral Atelier, a luxury creative floral house, has officially opened the doors to its new two-storey flagship store in Central.

If the location rings a bell, that’s because the brand’s sister company, The Wedding Atelier, actually started its Hong Kong journey right on Staunton Street back in 2013. Now, they’re back to where it all began, bringing all three of its core branches – The Floral Atelier, The Wedding Atelier, and The Atelier & Co. – under one roof for the first time.

On the ground floor, you’ll find a retail boutique offering everything from fresh and preserved blooms to a curated selection of gifts like Parisian teas, confections, and homeware items. The space is also set to host workshops and events for customers and the local creative community. Upstairs, the first floor serves as its planning and design studio for The Atelier & Co., which handles brand activations and immersive experiences, and The Wedding Atelier, a luxury wedding and events management company.

To celebrate the launch, the store is running a 'Hong Kong in Bloom' campaign from June 25 to 27. If you happen to be wandering through Central, keep your eyes peeled for roaming floral entertainers handing out elegantly designed fans to help you beat the heat. You can then take those fans to the garden kiosk outside the flagship store to redeem a free special bloom!

The Floral Atelier is now open daily from 11am to 8pm at 44 Staunton Street, Central. Learn more about the brand and its offerings on thefloralatelier.com.hk.
