The connoisseurs of Hong Kong’s cha chaan teng culture are probably more than familiar with iconic drinks like ‘Black Bull’ (Coke with Vanilla ice cream), ‘White Bull’ (Sprite with Coconut Ice Cream) or even ‘Yellow Bull’ (Sprite with Mango Ice Cream). However, this summer, customers will have the choice to add one more ‘bull’ to their order thanks to Red Bull’s collaboration with 60 different cha chaan tengs and restaurant chains across Hong Kong.
Starting from August, the Lemon Bull and Salted Bull will be available for both dine-in and takeaway at selected dining establishments, whilst an exclusive menu will also be launched with Capital Cafe (Wah Sing) as a commemorative special. The menu consists of the restaurant’s new series of OmniPork noodle dishes and will also feature Red Bull’s (questionable) spins on Black Tea, Pineapple Punch, and Red Bean Milkshakes. Drinks will be available at $36 each whilst breakfast and lunch meals will be priced at $46 and $72 respectively. Adrian Ho
