Young Master and Cookie DPT are giving you that option to try it with their new, limited-edition cookie flavoured beer collaboration, Gimme S’more stout. Inspired by the classic campfire cookie, the new release is an imperial stout aged in whiskey barrels with flavour notes of toasted marshmallow, Valrhona chocolate, and half-baked cookie.

What's great with this release is you can actually order the beer together with Cookie DPT 's S'more cookie. Available on Young Master's online store, you have an option to order the Gimme S’more stout in a 946ml crowler ($160) or the crowler plus a two-piece Cookie DPT S'more ($220) and they will deliver it straight to your home.

This collaboration is the latest brew from Young Master following interesting releases of their 72 Tenants IPA, and Hea CBD beer line this same month. The 72 Tenants IPA – inspired by the bitter struggles of Hongkongers with their landlords – is a tribute release to their closing six-year-old Mongkok taproom, The Ale Project which is having its last service on September 7, 2020. On the other hand, Hea CBD beer – contains 60mg/L Life Pure CBD isolate – is the brewer's way of promoting balance in wellbeing for Hongkongers, especially during these challenging times in the city.
