There’s an eclectic menu of modern Spanish tapas on display, from the creamy and dreamy Spanish Breakfast of poached egg swathed in creamy potato, chorizo bits and potato cubes to the delicate baked smoked bone marrow. The PBJ concoction of peanut ice cream, berries and salted peanut caramel is finger-licking good.
