Time Out says

Click below for a sneak peek at the new restaurant:

Jardine House’s BaseHall 2 opened a series of independent food and beverage concepts, and the latest space to open at the new dining hall includes a modern Japanese eatery called Artifact. Led by an all-star F&B team composed of Michael Larkin, Beckaly Franks, Ezra Star, and chef Kiyoshi Sato, Artifact offers a dining experience that highlights all forms of caviar paired with premium Japanese ingredients. Book a seat at the 14-seater counter and enjoy a set four-course lunch menu (starts at $488 per person) and an eight-course dinner menu (starts at $1,288) that can be paired with wines that include an international selection of Champagnes, rosés, whites and reds.

Standout dishes include starters namerou goma with kaluga caviar, polmard kosho with ossetra caviar, and takoyaki rakkyo with ossetra caviar; scallop served with wasabi and kaluga caviar; and kinmedai fish with kabu and yuzu; and the moreish rice with dashi, burdock, soy-cured yolk, and salmon ikura.

Watch out for the new speakeasy-style bar opening in March adjacent to the counter dining space.
