Casa Cucina x Babette’s chef Cédric Tsia limited-edition pizza

Casa Cucina has kicked off its new Casa A Casa collaboration series, reuniting chef Anthony Cheung with fellow Amber alumnus Babette’s chef Cédric Tsia to serve up a limited-edition French onion soup pizza ($188 for 10-inch, $118 for seven-inch). Available from now to September 13, the creation swaps standard dough for a 48-hour fermented 50 percent dark beer crust topped with red miso onion purée, smoked caramelised onions, purple onions, aged French Comté, Italian mozzarella, beef jus, Bayonne ham chips, and chives. Each pizza purchase also donates $10 to the rén Community Foundation to support local underprivileged youths.
