This plushy bijoux restaurant serves modern interpretations of much loved Cantonese favourites. You can taste the TLC in their steamed chicken with rock salt, steamed garoupa, and even the humble sweet and sour pork. They use no MSG and very little oil. Fittingly, everything is served in rather small portions.
