Time Out says
Modern Japanese Izakaya Kasumoto is located in Sai Ying Pun's high street and helmed by former Silencio chef Sean Mell. The menu mixes it up with Western and Japanese styles including their signature Wagyu beef sandwich with Hokkaido milk bread and M6 or M7 Wagyu beef. The funky casual space is decked out in Japanese artwork and samurai artefacts.
