This is one of the best place in Hong Kong for fresh sushi and sashimi. Don't bother with a menu, just sit at the counter and let Chef Kenjo feed you till you cry. He loves to drink with the customers so be sure to top him off as you top off yourself with excellent sake. Don't be surprised if you're seated next to a celeb, a politician or a CEO.
