Showmen Group, the company behind dining establishments Kinship and Smoke & Barrel, is launching a special industry month this August to give back to the people in the industry that has been largely affected by the ongoing pandemic. For the whole month, the F&B industry can take advantage of a 30 percent discount on all food and beverage offerings from Sunday to Thursday at both Kinship and Smoke & Barrel. “We would like to give back to people in the industry that have been going through hardships during these tricky times,” shares Showmen Group’s co-owner Arron Rhodes. “Of course, all industries are struggling. However, we work in F&B, so it's the one we can relate to the most. Several industry friends and colleagues have had their salaries cut. With this initiative, we are hoping that they can enjoy a nice meal out with their family and friends," he adds.
To enjoy the offer, guests can simply show their business card to prove they are from the industry and post on social media to spread the word upon leaving the establishment. On August 29, Kinship is closing its doors to the public to host a special industry night. Donations for the serving team are welcome during the event.
