Le Garçon Saigon x Anchovy

For two evenings only on July 17 and 18, Le Garçon Saigon hosts guest chef Thi Le from Melbourne’s Anchovy fame. Known for fusing Thi Le’s Southeast Asian heritage with modern Australian cuisine, Anchovy has been awarded one hat from the National Good Food Guide, among other culinary accolades. For his first guest-chef stint in Hong Kong, Thi Le joins forces with Le Garçon Saigon’s very own chef Bao La for a dinner menu ($428 per person) that features Vietnamese and Australian inspired dishes such as fairy bread with shrimp butter, and grilled ‘sai oua’ sausage with pickled onion and smoked chilli ketchup.
