The team behind Trattoria Felino and chef Thanit Changchai – formerly from Thailand’s popular noodle chain Thong Smith – have launched Mama Tiger Noodles in Kau U Fong. Start with light appetisers like spicy fruit salad, Thai fried chicken, or wontons tossed in tom yum sauce, before slurping up flavourful soup noodles such as khao soi, Wagyu beef boat noodles, and yen ta fo (fishballs with flat rice noodles).
