Fancy a bit of poking around? Well, head to Pololi, then, for this traditional Hawaiian dish which originated half a century ago and generally consists of quality raw fish that’s been cut into cubes and then marinated in a whole host of delish flavours. Pololi opened up in 2014 and has three comfortable eateries across Hong Kong Island. All you do is go in, say whether you want a rice, salad or half-and-half base, and then order what sort of tuna, salmon or tofu creation you want. Add some Spam musubi or a drink as an extra side. Popular poke bowl choices include the ginger shoyu, the Hong Kong-style and the wasabi mayo tuna.
