Popsy Modern Kitchen is a sophisticated restaurant by any standards and its founder, dining curator and artist Jennifer Chung, delivers tasteful art to go along with the tasty food. Such arty and hearty dishes include the 36-hour crafed lobster bisque, the duck breast with caramelised fennel and the delightfully rich 'crystal snow globe' with its white chocolate crust.
