Set amidst the breathtaking Victoria Harbour views at The Lobby Lounge of the hotel, the tasting experience will feature some of the most esteemed boutique wineries from around the globe, where sommeliers and the brands can share insights about their bespoke and rare labels. The first part of the series was launched on July 14 in collaboration with Omtis Fine Wines, a wine specialist. The event showcased four selections from artisan Champagne House, Pertois-Lebrun, a family-owned estate with several generations of winegrowers and Champagne makers who have been closely associated with the Côte des Blancs since the early 1900s.
Don't miss the upcoming sessions in September and November. The second tasting event will take place on September 15 at 6.30 pm. It will showcase exceptional vintages from Champagne Tellier, a Champagne house that blends ancestral and modern techniques and practices sustainable viticulture. The featured wines will include Les Massales Extra Brut, an expressive Champagne with low sugar content.
On November 10, the event will feature vintages from Champagne Vilmart & Cie, a five-generation family-run business with 11 Premier Cru hectares of vineyards in the Rilly-la-Montagne terroir.
