Sunday’s Grocery, The cool online store from the team behind Yardbird, presents the second instalment of their Sunday’s Sessions pop-up series this weekend, this time collaborating with Sheung Wan beer and food haven Blue Supreme, who will be doing their thing in the kitchen and behind the bar at Co Thanh’s Kau U Fong location. The food menu from Blue Supreme has a modern American flair, featuring a shrimp po’ boy ($80), a meatless katsu sando ($90), BBQ corn “ribs” ($70), and smoked eel pate ($90). You can also get a set containing all of them for $280.

Like any true weekend ‘session’, drinks will abound, including curated cocktails, like the Sunday’s Highball, the Ginger Collins, and more, all priced at $80. Gather your best foodie friends and drinking buddies and enjoy soaking up the chilled-out vibes here as you eat and drink to your heart’s content.
