Sushi Mamoru is named after the Japanese word ‘protect’ to represent the chef’s commitment to safeguarding these centuries-old sushi traditions. The restaurant is offering a seasonal omakase experience that balances the art of tradition and adaptation really quite carefully with a Takumi Omakase (with over 20 dishes) that highlights seasonality and a Kiwami Omakase (short menu) available for lunch.
