The eatery provides a stage for chefs from across the globe to share their craft while showcasing their culinary talents and adventures. Test Kitchen brings together the best chefs from all walks of life, including home-grown talent here in Hong Kong, to to cook or even just to test out a prototype menu, diners have the ability to provide feedback to both the guest chef and Test Kitchen as part of the interactive concept.
