Test Kitchen ‘Finale Four Hands’ dinner

Marking its final chapter after 11 long years, Test Kitchen is hosting a ‘Finale Four Hands’ dinner from May 27 to 29. The three-night residency features two of Bali’s most celebrated talents, Ben Cross and Stephen Moore, who return for their sixth appearance at the venue with a Mediterranean-inspired menu ($1,180 per person). Diners can expect a sophisticated progression beginning with snacks like crab tart and beef marmalade, followed by smoked hamachi, BBQ king prawns, and a signature lamb duo of rack and clay-baked shoulder, before concluding with a whipped white chocolate ganache tart. Make your reservation now for these final seatings by sending a DM to @hktestkitchen on Instagram or by contacting Vincent Mui on WhatsApp at 9032 7628.
