Time Out says

ToriHachi, sister restaurant to T8 Japanese Cuisine, is an izakaya that offers yakitori and drinks, but also promises a balance of comfort and class at the restaurant in Quarry Bay. It’s tucked away from the main street of K11 Atelier King’s Road and is the ideal after-work spot to kick back and enjoy a fun and easy-going dinner with casual drinks. The menu features traditional-style izakaya dishes with a slight twist. Take the chicken skin lollipop, for example, which is charcoal-grilled chicken skin topped with Tokachi cheese from Hokkaido for a crispy and cheesy bite, while the classic chicken meatball skewer of tsukune is paired with Hollandaise sauce and a monaka comes with foie gras ice cream with hazelnuts and cherry jam. All of which go very well with the assortment of beers, sake, cocktails and spirits on the drinks menu.
