This offshoot of Yung Kee Restaurant labels itself as a "chic and innovative version" of the old favourite and offers an array of traditional Cantonese dishes with a novel twist. Considering that this is the first venture by the Yung Kee owners since 1942, there's clearly a lot of thought that has gone into this exciting new restaurant.
