Three different themes over five weeks will transport you on a culinary trip around the world as 20 lakeside booths serve up over 130 delicious dishes and almost 200 boozy bevvies. Savour these goodies whilst watching Ocean Park’s nightly 360° water screen show ‘Symbio!’ featuring spectacular fountain, light and pyrotechnic performances to a soundtrack composed by an Oscar-winning composer.

Three Themes to Chill

All About Sake (17 - 19 Mar and 24 - 26 Mar)
Sip on fine sakes that are hard to come by in Hong Kong, such as traditional Daiginjo accompanied by succulent wagyu beef, signature dishes from the Tsukiji Yamataka Seafood Market Hong Kong, robatayaki, skewers, ramen and oden. There will be appreciation sessions to explore Japanese beverages and cuisine, as well as a Japanese Taiko Beats performance rarely seen in Hong Kong.

Pop and Rock Beer Fest (31 Mar - 4 Apr and 7 - 9 Apr)
Serving a range of local and overseas craft brews, festival-goers can pair with different dishes such as German pig knuckles, sausages, hamburgers and hotdogs, with experts available to teach you about food and beer pairing! Mini pop concert LIVE will showcase Hong Kong and Asian musicians, including Lil' Ashes, Jason Chan, Kimman Wong, Bondy Chiu, Dear Jane, Shiga Lin, Thor Lok, Nowhere Boys, Supper Moment, AGA, Robynn & Kendy, New Youth Barbershop, RubberBand, Alan Po x Hey Joe Trio, Danny Summer, Danson Tang, Eddie Ng.

In Taste of Excellence (13 - 17 Apr)
